Coverage criteria varies across insurance plans, and changes—all the time. We work with prescribers and their patients to identify and maximize their medical benefits, to meet their medical supply, medication, and equipment needs.

You provide the care, we’ll provide the gear.

We’ve developed easy-to-follow guidance documents that outline coverage criteria (using Medicare as the "standard”), for the most-often-ordered equipment and supplies. Included in the guidance document is a Detailed Written Order (DWO) that meets Medicare standards for prescribing these supplies.

Review the guidelines provided below, to ensure your medical records and chart notes contain the necessary specific descriptions from your face-to-face examination, then complete the DWO (prescription) and sign it, then fax or upload along with the patient’s face sheet (demographics), and we’ll take it from there.
